Constipation and obesity are two of the most common causes of hemorrhoids, so your hemorrhoids diet needs to address these two conditions. The same strategies will help all these conditions at the same time - your hemorrhoids, your constipation and your weight.
Constipation can be a symptom and a cause of hemorrhoids. Straining when you go to the toilet can cause the hemorrhoids and certainly makes them worse. The dry, hard stool that accompanies constipation is also an irritant to your hemorrhoids.
Dietary fiber is going to help overcome your constipation. Fiber remains undigested through the stomach and passes into the intestines where it keeps everything moving along steadily, cleans out the 'pipes' as it goes and maintains a soft, moist stool. Inadequate fiber in your diet causes slow, sluggish stools that are hard and dry, making them difficult and painful to pass.
Reversing and preventing constipation are only part of the good work that fiber does in your body. The action of fiber in your intestines also helps to prevent some cancers, lowers cholesterol and regulates blood sugar. High-fiber foods prevent hunger pangs by keeping you feeling full, so you eat less.
Fresh fruit and veggies are the classic fiber foods, and as a bonus, they are rich in nutrients and have loads of health benefits. Eat them at every meal and as snacks in between. Plan to have half your plate covered with vegetables in a variety of colors for balanced nutrition. Processed food is out with your hemorrhoids diet because all the fiber has been processed away; salt and sugar need to be added to make them taste good again.
So, eat wholemeal bread not white; rolled oats and other wholegrain cereals instead of those out of a box; reduce added sugar and salt; limit fast foods. Eat three meals every day and two or three snacks of fruit, vegetables, nuts, skim dairy. Include legumes in your diet - beans, peas, lentils etc. Drink water through the day.
This is not only a great hemorrhoids diet with small portions of lean protein, it is a wise eating plan for optimum health and weight management.

Click Here for more informationNegative calorie foods are said to use more calories to digest than the calorie content of the foods themselves, resulting in a negative calorie balance. It is therefore natural to consider a diet containing these foods for weight loss.
A diet is a combination of a balanced selection of foods designed for medical or nutritional reasons. A good diet should include all major food groups. The weight Loss Diets (with or without negative calorie foods) are made to reduce body fat and weight. Some of the popular weight Loss Diets are: Atkin's diet, cabbage soup diet, grapefruit diet, Hollywood diet, negative calorie foods diet, Pritikin diet, the South beach diet and the zone diet.
Most of the weight loss diets promote to eat a particular food group and restrict other food groups. Such diets may show temporary results. If you follow these restricted diets for a long time, you may develop some health problems at later stage as these diets do not contain all the necessary nutrients needed for your body.
The secret to losing weight is to eat and drink the right kind of foods until you are satisfied. Skipping of meals is not the answer for weight loss, it can rather deteriorate your health. A healthy weight loss Diet Plan should include vegetables, fruits, grains, lentils and beans in your diet. Following is a sample daily Diet Plan that is good for keeping healthy weight and good health, irrespective of whether you follow a diet plan with negative calorie foods or not.
Include as much negative calorie foods as possible in the above diet plan. If you are meat eater, choose from a lean variety and restrict to one serving in a day.
A diet with negative calorie foods as main ingredients can include foods that are loaded with carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers necessary for keeping you fit. The diet with negative calorie foods can be tailored for fast or gradual weight loss. The fast weight loss diet that can lower the weight up to two pounds per day, is not recommended for long term. The gradual weight loss diet can reduce one pound in a week and can be followed until desired weight is achieved. The diet can be made according to ones needs. The negative calorie foods will not give you much benefit if you are eating foods loaded with fats and sugars. If you eat a serving of potato fries, don't think that you can reduce the calories gained from fries by simply eating some negative calorie celery.

Raise your hand if you like sugar? If you are a dentist your hand just went up. And if you are like most Americans your hand went up, too. And that's a problem. A big one!
With the United States facing an obesity epidemic the consumption of refined sugar doesn't help. The average American eats about 175 pounds of sugar each year. Compare that to the 1915 average of about 15 pounds per year.
Wow! That's pretty scary. But the major problem is that refined sugar can be found in pretty much all packaged food. Obviously there are some exceptions. But the majority of food you find in the supermarket has some sort of sugar in it. Especially the processed foods. Some of the more popular ways to sneak sugar in your food is with ingredients such as sucrose, fructose, corn syrup, glucose, and maltose. There are many more.
Refined sugar will fatten you up for sure if you eat enough. And it will keep you from achieving that dream body you want. It's simply empty calories. It contains no fiber, no protein, no vitamins, and no minerals. Nothing. Wait a minute that sounds like'. Water! Ah, YES! But your body isn't made up of 75% sugar, now is it? When you eat refined sugar to your body it is seen as an Invader. Alien life forms come down to do harm to you.
You see when you eat refined sugar your body needs to take nutrients from other cells in the body in order to metabolize it because refined sugar lacks the ability to do so on it's on. Minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium are taken from vital points of the body to make use of the sugar you just ingested. So vital things that require those minerals get done a lot slower, and a lot less efficient over time.
And obviously with the loss of calcium to help with the sugar onslaught, your bones will weaken. Thus, increasing the chances of osteoporosis, breaks, and fractures later on in life. Calcium loss also affects the teeth. Tooth decay. Dentists love sugar too. Dentists on average rake in about $50 billion worldwide. How much of that do you think is a direct result of refined sugar consumption?
Another common problem with eating a lot of sugar is the onset of diabetes. Sugar raises the blood sugar levels in your body very quickly and causes insulin to release from the pancreas. Your body will constantly be working throughout the day if you eat a lot of sugar. If you keep up your sugar eating ways your pancreas won't be able to perform it's job and then you'll have some big trouble with the onset of diabetes.
Who wants that? No one! Then we also have problems with energy. Did you ever get what is known as a 'sugar high'? It doesn't last long does it? Your tired already, are craving sugar, eat sugar, feel good, little time passes, and then CRASH! You come back down off the 'high'. You feel even more tired, hungrier, and have less energy. Do you like having no energy? You want your energy that will last a long time-- eat a sweet potato, not a Ding Dong.
So now it's about time to kick your sugar addiction. Not so fast-- Getting off your sugar addiction is not as easy as you think it is. Sugar can very well be called a drug. It's addictive. People that try to get off their sugar diet experience much the same things as smokers, caffeine addicts, and narcotics users. They get headaches, anxiety, depression, mood swings, and more.
It's best to slowly wean yourself off of refined sugar. Don't do it all at once. Going from eating donuts and coffee, and McDonalds for lunch and dinner to eating oatmeal and steamed broccoli, chicken and egg whites is not going to work. Once a week try and eliminate something from your diet that contains refined sugar and replace it with something natural.
Last point is not to suppress your cravings completely. Simply feed it. But savor each bite and keep the portion small. Good luck!

Click Here for more informationFasting, when done properly, can be a basic part of a solid weight loss plan. If done correctly it can be a great start to your new way of living.
When I first started my weight loss program I began with a fast. I have fasted for 2-7 days on a few different occasions. The reason that fasting can be such a great way to start a weight loss program is because you can see results immediately.
It will also make it very easy to stick to your diet for the first week. After not eating for a few days, your food will taste better. This is a great time to go a few days eating only fruits and vegetables. This can easily turn your two day fast into a 7 day, full body cleanse.
Fasting can make you look much thinner in only a couple days. You may not lose a significant amount of weight, but it will look like you have. It can make your waist noticeably thinner and clear up blemishes or skin problems.
Although I do not think fasting is to be used specifically for weight loss, I think you can do it to get your body ready for a healthier way of living. Use it as a way to cleanse your body out and get rid of all the toxins clogging your system.
I suggest drinking fruit and vegetable juices while fasting. I have read that you should do a water fast, but it can be a miserable experience if you have never fasted before. So stick to natural juices.
One of the better results I saw from my fasting experience was that I have more self control over my eating habits. I have always been a binge type of eater. After my fast, I felt like I could restrain myself easier. It is probably a mental attribute. I mean if I can go without eating for 7 days then I can sure keep myself from eating something I shouldn’t.
So although I don’t think you can use fasting as a diet or weight loss program, I do feel that it can be a great start to a proper weight Loss Diet and exercise program. I think it is definitely something that everybody should do at least once a year.
If you have any health problems you should consult a physician before starting any weight loss program. And, if you absolutely cannot go without food then simply try going a few days eating vegetables and fruits only. This will give you most of the same results as the fasting will. However, I recommend the fast over the fruits and vegetables because of the confidence and control you will begin to enjoy as a result.
Detoxification Diet: Detox Natural Diet
A regular detox Diet Plan can rid the body of the accumulated toxins and lead to an active disease-free life. All cures come from within the central core of your body first then it progresses outward and from the top of your body down to your feet and in reverse order in which the symptoms first occurred. Ways to work through a healing crisis: Drink lots of water treat yourself to a massage or hot bath do daily caster oil packs over your liver for 3-5 days and fast. A detox diet contains approximately 600-750 Kcals per day. It strictly forbids meat, fish, alcohol, and stimulants like coffee. Detox diets are known to make a person feel better, even lighter, but there is little scientific evidence of any good coming out of it. Detoxification is unarguably very important for a long lasting health. There are several ways to achieve detoxification of the system some depend on the type of chemicals we are attempting to rid the body of while others have a general effect. This method involves the use of radiant energy at a lower temperature to generate heat within the body. The radiant energy has the ability to penetrate deeper into the skin and the underlying subcutaneous layers. Almost every technological innovation has come with its own problems. Come to think of it statistics have it that more than twenty billion pounds of toxic substances are released into the environment annually. Since the presence of these toxic substances are known to cause the deficiency of several important vitamins and minerals in the body the third step involves restoring these deficient vitamins and minerals; essentially through nutritional supplements.
How Can I Cleanse My Colon
The bloodstream is probably the most heavily-laden system in the body when it comes to toxins. Once the liver detoxification has been accomplished it is time to start removing the toxins from the blood and the body. We use another tea formulated for just that purpose. This ancient formula comes from an Indian tribe in Canada. Plant fats would include nuts avocados and olives. Oils such as olive oil canola oil and peanut oil are better choices than fats that come from animal sources such as butter lard or bacon grease. Foods that should be included are whole grains fresh fruits and vegetables and hormone and antibiotic free animal products as these go a long way to helping to keep the liver healthy. With less lean muscle tissue the body's metabolic needs decrease which hampers weight loss efforts unless calories are lessened further in the diet.
Detoxification
So what foods need to be removed? Here is a list of essentials: Red meat Alcohol Tea coffee and anything with caffeine in it Sugar Dairy products cheese eggs and full fat milk All processed and junk foods All processed carbohydrates such as white bread and pasta. These include blood pressure abnormalities mood disorders headaches and fatigue. You may already know of the lemon detox which is a detox Diet Plan aimed to cleanse your liver in order to make you feel fresh replenished and energetic for the day. Toxins and bad bacteria are cleansed while detoxifying the colon. A clean colon is instrumental in helping the body absorb the nutrients and enzymes from the food intake, which is very helpful for the digestive system. We hear a lot about pollution and the diseases that are caused by toxic chemicals and metals. People often say that it is not natural. The solution to the kind of exhaustion you experience when you're on a starvation diet combined with a strict exercise regime is to change over to the following type of diet: Moderate energy reduction (to promote weight loss); Lots of complex carbohydrates (these carbohydrates contain very little fat but will provide your body with the fuel it needs for exercise); Only small amounts of fat; A moderate amount of protein.
Detox Liver Kit
But these days you're just as likely to find people using the word to describe the process of improving their health by ridding their bodies of caffeine tobacco junk food and environmental pollutants. The diet usually lasts for two weeks and should not be done more than two or three times every year. Oxidation occurs at the cellular level so detox must occur there as well. Oxidation causes all kinds of problems such as allergies and certain types of sickness. However it is an establish fact that under the detox diet program a person will definitely shed a few pounds.
Master Cleanse Diary:
Our livers rarely complain when we abuse our bodies but it is actually the most hardworking of all our internal cleansing organs. If you combine these detox plans you will be able to jumpstart your bodily functions and restore your health to its maximum level. Why detox? The primary cause of disease is the accumulation of waste and toxins which are not eliminated from our body. The skin accumulates toxins from inside and outside the body. The environmental pollutants, UV rays and chemicals from your personal care are as dangerous as the toxins generated from inside. For example, UV rays can generate an increase level of reactive oxygen species and reactive nitrogen species in cells which will result in oxidative damage to lipids, proteins and DNA. This is one of the reasons why UV rays can induced skin cancer. Chemicals can induce oxidation of lipids and other cell compounds which ultimately generate free radicals. In addition, petrochemical derivatives from your regular skin care products, suffocate the skin and it cannot breath properly. These derivatives are foreign for the body and are very difficult to eliminate. They accumulate in the body and can trigger poorly maintain cell equilibrium that can lead to degenerative processes associated with premature aging, inflammation, different skin ailments including cancer. Think of it detox as a spring clean for the body. Often people end up with side-effects from a detox program thus highlighting the importance of medical consultation an supervision when undergoing a diet change. Some supplements will help the mobilization of toxin's in our fat and other toxin deposit's located throughout the body. Because our bodies today are the same as in the past it is critical to eat/ drink and live the same as in years past - centuries past.

Click Here for more informationWe have heard it so many times before that there are many benefits to exercise especially when used to lower stress. If everyone knows that exercise is important then why is stress, disease, and fatigue so prevalent in today's society? The answer is simple. We know what to do we just aren't doing it.
Experts agree that one best way to manage stress is through exercise. Exercise has been proven to relax the body and mind, burn fat, improve cardiovascular system, bring in more oxygen, reduce the chance of diseases, lower blood pressure and the list goes on.
During the stress response, many chemical reactions occur in the body preparing it to what is known as the fight or flight response. During prehistoric days as cave dwellers, we had the opportunity to burn off our stress when an animal attacked, as it was a means of survival. We were able to run away or fight the threat immediately. In today's society, we do not have to fight a bear or tiger, so we do not have much of an outlet readily at hand to burn off the stress or pent up negative emotions. Therefore, we carry it with us creating emotional and physical problems. Exercise can help by providing an outlet for negative emotions such as worry, irritability, depression, hostility, anger, frustration, and anxiety. You can dissipate these feelings by simply taking it out on the tennis court, by running, or punching a bag. Regular exercise provides the opportunity to manage the fight or flight response and helps the body to return to a homeostasis or balanced state more quickly.
Exercise can also improve self-esteem and self worth by realizing that you are benefit directly. You may feel more outgoing and social because of the increased energy and also a better physique creating more confidence and positive self image. Your self-esteem may be enhanced by taking on exercise challenges or goals, giving you a feeling of accomplishment and reward.
Anaerobic vs. Aerobic Exercise:
Aerobic exercise is an activity that uses major muscle groups such as walking, running, swimming, and cycling. This type of exercise strengthens your cardiovascular system by increasing your heart and respiratory rate and brings in more oxygen into the body. To reap the full benefits of aerobic exercise, you must be at 60%-80% of your target heart rate for at least 20 minutes, between three and five times a week.
To calculate your target heart rate use the following formula:
Take 220 - (subtract) your age X (multiply 60%, or 70%, etc. intensity rate.) = Target heart rate (divide by six for a ten second pulse count. Take your pulse for ten seconds and gage where you are during the workout. Speed up the pace if you are below 60%.
Aerobic exercise is key to Lose Weight as it burns calories which are the energy consumed and adds fat to our bodies. Combined with a healthy diet it is a sure way to Lose Weight. One pound of body fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. To lose one pound, you must burn 3500 calories. It is easier to combine aerobics and create a small caloric deficit in your diet than to do one or the other solely.
Anaerobic exercise builds muscle strength and power. Isotonics and Isometrics are two kinds of anaerobic exercises.
Isotonics uses your muscles to contract against an object with movement such as weight lifting (also called strength or resistance training.) The benefits of isotonic exercises are stronger muscles, stronger bones, tone, prevent injuries, and condenses and shapes muscle for better esthetics.
Isometric exercise is contracting your muscles against resistance without movement. Such as lifting an object like a dumbbell and holding a position. You are isolating that muscle.
Use both types of anaerobic exercises to maximize your strength to build healthy, lean, and strong muscles.
Select exercises that you enjoy and can do for at least 20 minutes, three to five days a week. Exercise does not necessarily mean hitting the gym and making an ordeal out of it. It can simply be a walk around your neighborhood or dancing to some tunes. Try to think "activity" verses "exercise". When you are in an active mind-frame, you will purposely park a little farther, do stretches at the computer, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
Commit that you will begin to be more active and stick to your exercises or activities for 21 days. Why 21? Research has showed that it takes about 21 days to create a habit. Document how your feel after the 21 days. Your stress levels should be lowered, you should feel more energized, and see some physical changes such as a slimmer physique.
You may already know the benefits of exercise but are you doing it? So start by making a decision, begin slowly, then gradually work up to more and longer workout sessions. The point of this article is to help you take immediate action.

You decide to start a new Diet Plan. You shop around, get ideas, talk to friends, family, co-workers, forum friends, chat room buddies…then you choose the one that sounds best and works within your budget and sign up.
Next comes the fun part of learning a new system. You count calories, track servings, buy special foods, hit the treadmill, plan meals around special recipes, weigh in regularly and log everything.
What happens over time? Maybe some of these:
You lose some weight. You gain some weight. The food choices start to bore you. You'd rather count sheep than calories and put the little weighing gadgets back in the drawer. Everyone who thought you could stand to shed a few pounds, even recommending diets for you to choose from, are now saying things that trip you up like, "Oh, you don't need to loose any more weight." Or "It's OK to eat a Big Mac and French fries this time."
You've started skipping weigh-ins and meetings because of time, then "just because"…no reason. I mean, why go through that, right?? You KNOW what you should and shouldn't eat, so why go listen, weigh in, blah, blah, blah…
You quit - for now - fully intending to pick up the program next week. OK, next month in reality. Or next year. OK, next LIFETIME.
To begin, simply consider these facts…
A healthy diet goes hand-in-hand with healthy weight management. No pain, no gain, right? Wrong!
Individual activity and dietary goals depend upon each person's health and weight goals and issues. Depending upon individual health concerns and issues, food choices can affect body and mental health. Arriving at the Perfect Diet is no quick, simple task in today’s world of fast-paced living.
For example, there are a several different educational food pyramid plans. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has a food guide pyramid. And the Mayo Clinic, in conjunction with the May Foundation for Medical Education and Research, has their Mayo Clinic Healthy Weight Pyramid. (A list of pyramids are updated regularly at the USDA site: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/Fpyr/pyramid.html
Then there are the lifestyle choices to go along with the dietary plans. Lives need to be balanced in order to make the perfect diet effective. For example, depending upon the body type, history, physical and mental make up and other factors, some dietary solutions are more perfectly suitable and / or adaptable than others when working in accordance with day-to-day activities; exercise, nutrition, health, etc.
You must learn about foods with respect to nutrition, dietary and body basics and common disorders. Then you can choose which areas of importance you would like to focus on from subscriber and other organizational programs available today for help with diet solutions, to weight products, to an assortment of food planning tips, and more.
All the above should be made under the guidance of your own medical practitioners.

Click Here for more informationDo you want to Lose Weight? Of course you do, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. Let me ask you another question. For how long do you want to Lose Weight?
Just for the summer to look good in bikini? Or before winter Holidays to make some room for the turkey and mashed potatoes?
If you want to do that go ahead and pick one of the fad diets. Starve yourself for a week or two and then, after a moment of glory is over and you have been admired in a new dress, go ahead and turn back into a pumpkin. Because that's exactly the shape your body will gradually take if you decide to make your life a series of multiple diets.
Now if your goal is to discover your true beauty hidden underneath those multiple layers of fat, to look good, and to feel great, you will have to make permanent changes in your life.
It sounds hard, but it's actually much easier than sitting on those horrible diets constantly fighting your urges and refusing yourself little sweets you like so much.
I know it, because I've been there myself. The worst thing was that I used to work part time as a cashier at the bakery. You couldn't imagine how miserable my life was at that moment. Every time I would decide to sit on another fad diet, bakers would "accidentally" put extra cherry filling into those cherry strudels. And no matter what time I would show up for my shift I would always have to witness them getting fresh baked cookies out of the oven.
Sometimes it seemed like everyone was doing it on purpose, just to brake me and destroy that little willpower I had left. Now I realize that it was my fault for wanting fast results, but not wanting to follow through.
The key to losing weight and keeping it off is the right lifestyle.
It is about finding the right balance between the food that is both delicious and full of vitamins, and exercise that's fun and energizing. Sounds good, doesn't it? And the best thing is that by making small changes on a daily basis, you'll not only look great, you will also make your tummy very happy and your family proud.
If you're serious about loosing weight you have to commit to the new healthy lifestyle.
No one week diets.
No "do-nothing-and-lose-30-pounds-in-a-week" pills.
No magic pants that mysteriously melt fat away.
No quick fix solutions.
The ONLY thing that works is lifestyle change. Not for another two weeks, but for the rest of your life! For as long as you want to stay slim and healthy.
When lifestyle is healthy then weight normalization becomes one of many positive effects that occur over time.
Changing your lifestyle doesn't have to be difficult. All you have to do is to follow 4 simple steps:
First step - to get motivated. (Yes, without motivation and burning desire you won't go further than one week of healthy lifestyle. So the first thing we need to do is to get fired up!)
Second step - change your diet. (No, you don't have to starve to death and count calories or carbs. Just follow basic principles of healthy eating.)
Third step - start exercising. (Don't get out of tune, exercising the right way is actually fun!)
Fourth step - stay on track. (The most difficult part of loosing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to stay on track and don't quit.)
If you really want to get rid of all extra pounds here's a little task for you. Take a piece of paper and write down all the reasons why you want to lose weight. The more the better. Try to come up with at least 15 reasons why.
Don't put it off. Take the first step to your beautiful and healthy body!
Step 1. Say Goodbye to Dieting - Forget all about dieting! The words diet and dieting are getting in your way! They are preventing you from tackling your weight problem. Every time you hear these words you switch off and reach for the cookies. Result? Your weight problem gets worse.
Step 2. Say Hello to Healthy Eating - Healthy eating sounds so much nicer than dieting. Start using that phrase today.
Step 3. Put Away Your Scales - Weighing scales don't make you Lose Weight. They just scare you to death. Put them away now! (Actually, don't put them away until you complete Step 5.)
Step 4. Stop Worrying About Your Weight - Why? Worry makes you miserable and makes you feel more of a failure. Result? You are beaten before you start.
Step 5. Take Your Clothes Off and Look at Yourself in the Mirror - Do it tomorrow morning, before breakfast. At the same time, weigh yourself.
Step 6. Start Looking Ahead - Don't worry about how you will look next week. Take a longer-term view like 6 months.
Step 7. For the Next Week Keep a Food Diary - Write down every single thing you eat and when you eat it. Don't waste time cheating. The purpose of this diary is to enable you to see what you actually eat, as opposed to what you think you eat!
Step 8. Create a Healthy Eating Plan for Yourself - Keep it simple:
*Eat regular amounts of these foods:
Fruit, vegetables (fresh/frozen/canned), whole wheat bread, oats, beans and peas, wholegrain cereal.
Guide: Eat a minimum of 5 helpings of fruit & vegetables, per day.
Guide: Eat a minimum of 5 helpings of whole wheat or wholegrain foods, per day.
*Eat regular amounts of these foods:
Skimmed milk, fat-free yogurt, lower-fat cheese.
Guide: Eat a minimum of 3 helpings of lower-fat dairy foods (milk, yogurt) per day.
Guide: Limit yourself to a maximum of 1 small piece of cheese, per day.
*Eat smaller amounts of these protein foods:
Eggs, fish, turkey and chicken.
Guide: Eat no more than 4 eggs a week.
Guide: Red meat, limit yourself to 1 small portion 3 times a week (size of deck of cards).
Guide: Fish, turkey or chicken, you can eat 50% more - but no fat!
*Eat VERY SMALL amounts of these foods:
Oil (except olive oil), butter, margarine, mayonnaise, white flour, refined sugar.
*Drinks
Water, water, water, fruit juices, tea or coffee (but easy on Espressos!)
*Enjoy the occasional:
Pastry, cookie, candy bar/chocolate, bag of popcorn/potato chips/crisps
Guide: 'Occasional' means once a week.
Step 9. Fill Your Refrigerator with Healthy Food - We eat whatever sits in our refrigerator. So empty out the junk food and fill up on foods from Step 8.
Step 10. Learn How to Cheat - Do you hate fruit and vegetables? That's tough. You MUST make friends with fruit and vegetables. Eat at least 5 helpings per day, although more is better. There are no substitutions. However, you can cheat. Here's how:
*Make home made soup. Ideally, add spices, a little lean meat and lots of vegetables.
You won't taste the vegetables.
*Make fresh orange juice
Many people won't eat 3 whole oranges every day. But they will drink the juice!
*Make blended fruit drinks (smoothies)
Guide: Use 1 cup of fresh fruit + 1 cup fruit juice. For extra creaminess add a little fat-free fruit yogurt.
Step 11. Trim That Fat - Get into the habit of trimming all the fat off meat. All means all. This alone will save you thousands of calories AND help you to live longer.
Step 12. Learn How to Snack Healthily - Fruit, cereal and fat-free yogurt are excellent choices, so are thick sandwiches (lots of thick crusty bread, small amount of margarine/spread, lots of lower fat filling.)
Step 13. Be Choosy Where You Dine Out - Frequent dining out (main meal) is one of the biggest reasons why America is so fat. So be choosy!
*Don't enter a fast food restaurant unless it's a SPECIAL treat.
*Limit yourself to one dining out experience, per fortnight.
Step 14. Don't Go Hungry - Never allow yourself to go hungry. Your metabolism will slow down.
Step 15. Be More Active - Set aside 20 minutes a day to exercise and gradually build up to 30 minutes a day. Yes, you may hate it to begin with, but with time, exercise grows on you! Besides, it's worth remembering that exercise leaves you with MORE energy and burns fat.
Step 16. Follow These Simple Steps for 3 Months - By then you should have lost an easy 15-30 pounds. The best thing is: Your eating habits will have improved tremendously. This means you stand an excellent chance of keeping off the weight and getting your weight problem under control for good!
